Al Canevon è un’azienda a conduzione familiare fondata nel 1970, situata nel cuore del Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene Docg, Patrimonio dell’Unesco.
Il primo vino prodotto risale al 1940, il frizzante a fermentazione naturale, chiamato anche “El vin del nono”, prodotto da nonno Giuseppe (Bepi per gli amici), il quale utilizzava la tecnica della fermentazione naturale fatta sui lieviti.
Tutt’oggi questo vino continua ad essere prodotto con orgoglio dall’azienda la quale ha dedicato l’etichetta proprio a “Nono Bepi”.
Nel 2001 ha inizio l’era della spumantizzazione.
